II. Is the topic significant and neither too broad nor too narrow for the length of this paper? Explain.


III. Does the writer stay focused, building the argument throughout the paper? How can the writer sharpen the focus? Explain.


IV. Has the writer sufficiently researched the topic? Are the sources satisfactory? How could the writer better research the topic? Explain.


V. Does the writer supply satisfactory details and support? Where and how could the writer improve? Explain.

VI. Are the introduction and conclusion appropriate? How would you improve them? Explain.

VI. Is the organization satisfactory? How would you improve it? Say, for example, that you would move the 2nd paragraph on p. 3 over to the middle of p. 5 and why.
