How have I changed?

My eating habits got really bad.  Because U.S. had more to offer, you name it, different kinds of foods from different countries are here.   I love to try new things.  So I got fat and I got lazy.  There are too many easy ways to do things.  In Korea when I wanted to go places we walked so we got a lot of exercise.  Now, I’m thinking that was a plus because now I drive everywhere and I don’t do much exercise.  There are too many things you can acquire without much effort.  I think I became more vocal because I have the freedom to say and make choices.  That’s probably one of the main things I rejected when I was young without  even thinking I was rejecting it.  If I look back, my actions tell me that is why I was being rebellious.  I had no choice of who I wanted to marry or what I wanted to do.  All I knew was that my future was lined out for me; to get marry to someone I don’t hardly know, have kids and be a mother.  Okay, hello, that wasn’t something I thought very highly of.
