Grant. Also they provide Annual

An article I found from LexisNexis, written October 4, 2005, is about the Neighborhood House in St. Paul receiving a grant from the ORR to assist newly arriving refugees from Hmong and East
Africa. “The fact that an Office of Refugee Resettlement exists attests to Congress's commitment to continuing our nation's tradition of being a land of hope and opportunity for all people, said Dan H. Hoxworth, President of Neighborhood House.”
