Mike has an enthusiastic vision for south and central Phoenix. He has lived in this portion of Phoenix for many years (and still does). He has witnessed all of the changes this location has endured first hand. He was a police officer for 22 years! He knows many of the residents by name.
He doesn't see south Phoenix as an "eye sore" or a place in need of "urban recycling." He views this neighborhood as a "multifaceted community , rich with culture and diversity."
