Nope... there is a great big hole in the bottom of this balloon causing the pressure to be roughly equal inside and out. This is not like an elastic balloon that you blow up -- it is simply a thick bedsheet with a lot of hot air inside. There is nothing to keep the air from going out the hole in the bottom.
