Lynn & Barry

Welcome to the Home Page for A Learning Centered Approach to Engineering Education in the 21st Century.

The materials available from this Web site were developed by Lynn Bellamy and Barry McNeill and may be used subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

1.  We would appreciate receiving suggestions for improvements from you
(or anyone else) that makes use of the materials.  Feedback from
participants (e.g., students) in your classroom, workshops, etc.
would also be appreciated; either directly from the participants or
indirectly through you (or anyone else).

2.  Appropriate attribution of the source(s) of the materials would also
be appreciated.  For example, Barry and I both always give credit to
Susan Ledlow in Faculty Development at ASU and Karl Smith of the
University of Minnesota for getting us started on this path and for
providing many of the ideas for some of the materials and, indeed,
some of the actual materials themselves for the Active Learning ...
    workshop.

3. Our intent is to share these materials as widely as possible in hopes
that the 'culture' will eventually be widely accepted in universities.
Getting continuous feedback will help us continue to improve these
materials for everyone's use!  We have no intentions of deriving any
commercial benefit from these materials and we hope that no one else
   has any such intentions.
