McKenzie Manning is a multimedia journalist with a specific interest in producing. She currently attends the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. She expects to graduate in 2012 from ASU and Barrett, The Honors College with her master's degree in Journalism.

McKenzie's interest in broadcast journalism began during the summer of 2007 when she attended a summer journalism program at the University of Miami, Florida. It was in the school's news studio that she fell in love with the industry.

At ASU, McKenzie spent her first year interning for The Ledger. In the 2009 fall term, McKenzie landed an internship at KPNX-TV (NBC 12) and continued that internship through the spring semester.

In the fall of 2010, McKenzie will expand her production knowledge by producing the Cronkite School's daily newscast, Cronkite NewsWatch every Thursday.
