Syllabus
Tentative schedule of reading and writing assignments.  All reading assignments are from Reading Culture  unless otherwise indicated. Assignments are due on the day listed. Readings and relevant responses assigned for virtual classes are due before you log onto the WebBoard. The virtual class consists of completing assigned tasks online, reading other posts and responding to those posts. You may participate in the virtual class any time between Wednesday noon through Friday noon for the equivalent of a class period.

As it suggests, surf the web for virtual malls, and based on your examination of two or more of these sites, respond to the question posed at the end of the paragraph (e.g., “What would you say constitutes a ‘mall’ space, virtual or not?”) Be prepared to discuss your response in our next onsite class.
