Will stated that the widow, ARMINDA WILSON, was to have all the real and personal estate of deceased during her lifetime and that at her death or the expiration of her widowhood, remainder to be divided between all the grandchildren. Decedant was indebted to various people, necessary to sell lands to pay debts. Decedant had only one child, a daughter MARTHA WILSON who married CHARLES BROWN. She died before her father. MARTHA left surviving her a son T J BROWN; WILLIAM BROWN (who died several years ago and left LOU ANN BORN[BROWN?], SALLIE BELL BROWN who married JOE HARLAN). MARTHA also left a son G T [Z T] BROWN, a son W S BROWN, a son I L BROWN, a daughter LOU ANN BROWN who married JOE TOOLEY. THOMAS WILSON also left his wife ARMINDA WILSON. ARMINDA was qualified to receive $105.85 (See Inventory & Appraisement book M in the County Clerk’s office). Decedant had a tract of land in Monroe Co (description not given). All the heirs are over 21 years old and all reside in KY except LOU ANN BROWN, G T [Z T] BROWN & I L BROWN. LOU (LOUS) BROWN lives in the Chickasaw Nation in the Indian Territory at Ardmore. G T [Z T] BROWN resides in Pettis in the State of Missouri and Houston is his post office. G T [I H] BROWN (so shown) resides in Montgomery County Indiana in Waveland. Prays sale of land, distribution, warning order against non-residents.
