====================================================================== Thomas Wilson I, Thomas Wilson, of the County of Monroe and State of Kentucky, being in as good health as common and memory good, do this day make this my last will and testament. I bequeath unto my wife Aminda (Arminda) Wilson all of my land which I now own to hold and possess during her life time or while she remains my widow. I having made a contract with Judge Hammer to have some timber if I should die before said timber is cut and hauled then my wife Amina Wilson is to have the benefit arising from said timber. I leave all my personal property for my wife Amina Wilson to pick out all that she wants and then the remainder to be sold at the hiçhest bid; also she is have such of the household and kitchen furniture as she may want and the remainder to be sole at a sale to the hichest and best bidder, also all the perscncl property which Arminda Wilson had at the time of her and my marriage such as bed clothing and all she has made and bought or may make or buy hereafter to hold seperate and apart as her individual property at the death or remarriage of Arminds Wilson,then all of my real estate and personal property equally divided among my grandchildren and their bodily heirs. I also will that Isham D. Kidwell to be my executor to wind and settle up all of my business and to carry out this my last will this 28th day of January, 1891. Thomas Wilson R. B. Turner R. H.
