R-Scripts

Kmeans cluster analysis (right click and save as)
Script for conducting K-means cluster analysis using the R statistical computing package. This script helps you select an appropriate cluster level by plotting the within groups sum of squraes against each cluster level as well as by using the cluster "pamk" function created by Christian Hennig. Bar charts of cluster assignments by group are produced and the clusters are shown in a two dimensional Multi-dimensional Scaling plot and a dissimilarity matrix. The script automatically creates a pdf file of the output. Click here to read instructions for this script. R may be downloaded for free here.

Ward's Method cluster analysis (right click and save as)

Bar charts of cluster assignments by group are produced. Click here to read instructions for this script. R may be downloaded for free here.
