
Maxine Park is a senior at Arizona State University, majoring in Broadcast Journalism and minoring in English Literature. She was born in New York and later moved to Arizona. Maxine always had a passion for writing and realized in high school that she wanted to pursue journalism.
She worked her way up from staff reporter to editor-in-chief of her high school newspaper. It was her love for journalism and storytelling that led her to the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
Maxine's work ethic and dedication to her craft have helped her strive for excellence in everything she does. She is currently working on a documentary as part of her thesis for the Barrett Honors College at ASU. In her spare time she enjoys writing poetry, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her two dogs Sulley and Bailey.
