Student Project
The student project is the focal point of the field
school. It's where students put the skills that
they have learned during the first half of the
course to work and design their own research
project, analyze the data, and then present the
results. Data collection usually occurs over 6-10
days near the end of the class, depending on the
schedule, weather, etc.

Past student projects have included:
* Positional behavior
* Seed dispersal
* Social spacing & vigilance
* Spatial mapping and memory
* Laterality & handedness
We will work together to find an appropriate project for the period of data collection that you have. The key is to identify a question that you find interesting and then turn that question into a testable hypothesis.
