Teaching a distance learning course with ALTI offers many benefits:

Distance education offers your class scalability in two different ways-

  1. The number of students taking your class is not limited to the seating capacity in a certain room or lecture hall. There may be 30 students present in the classroom, and another 70 more watching from their televisions at home or on the Internet.
  2. Lectures can also be recorded and archived, either digitally or on SVHS tapes. This allows your class to be re-used semester after semester as you see fit.

Should you need to be away from campus, ALTI allows instructors to pre-tape their class sessions to be played back at the appropriate date and time.

Special accomodations can be made through ALTI for classes that are entirely web-based. ALTI can help you implement online programs for tests and quizzes, as well as provide training on streaming online course development. Contact us for details.
