About Nancy Flores
Nancy Flores was born in Glendale, Calif. She moved to Phoenix, Ariz. in 1992 with her parents and two sisters. She attended North Canyon High School were she excelled in AP classes. She was the president of Spanish Honor Society for three years, member of Key Club and Freshmen Mentor's. She graduated in May of 2005 at the age of 18.
Nancy enrolled as a Freshman at Arizona State University as a Pre Law student that same year. A semester into her sophmore year, Nancy realized her passion forpublic relations. Eager to learn the tricks of the trade, she began an internship under Stephanie Dowling, Director of Public Relations at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. She was offered a position as the Public Relations Assistant three months later.
Much of Nancy's success is attributed to her hard work, dedication and passion to succeed in every aspect of her life. Her ability to smoothly balance being a full time student with a full time job can be credited to her organizational skills and attention to detail.
At the age of 21, Nancy is about to graduate from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication with a strategic focus in Public Relations.
