WORLD AND COMPARATIVE LITERATURE ConferenceLiterary Imaginary and the Poetics of TruthFebruary 13-17, 2012 "Literary Imaginary and the Poetics of Truth" conference presented by the Arizona State University's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Project Humanities (Central European Cultural Collaborative in the Department of English, the Romanian Studies Lectorate in the School of International Letters and Cultures, and the Honorary Consulate General of Romania in AZ) and the Babeş- Bolyai University (Departments of World and Comparative Literature and Romanian Language), in collaboration with the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York, will explore different approaches to the specific competences of Comparatism (World and Comparative Literature) today. Hosted by Arizona State University, this conference continues and extends the academic exchanges between the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York and its academic partners, the Babes-Bolyai University and Arizona State University.
