• Colleen Brophy (M.D., University of Utah COllege of Medicine): Vascular hemodynamics, Graft Materials Interactions, Vascular smooth muscle physiology. Role of the vascular smooth muscle in modulating tone in the vessel. The laboratory uses biochemical, molecular, physiological, and imaging techniques to understand the mechanisms by which the dynamic cytoskeletal interactions which modulate the tone of the smooth muscle occur.
