STRUCTURE OF THE ESRARA WEB

The structure of the ESRARA Web is simple. The Mission page details the goals of ESRARA. The General Information page includes a short history of the organization by Dr. Fred E. Coy. You join ESRARA from the membership page. The Selected Books page summarizes some of the general literature on rock art in the East. Information pertaining to ESRARA officers and newsletter editors can be found on the Contact Us page. The Ethics page emphasizes appropriate behavior when visiting rock art sites. The Links page provides a virtual tour of eastern rock art, as well as links to research and educational interests. Back issues of the ESRARA newsletter are on-line at the News page. The 'Sites Developed for Public Access' page provides information for planning field trips to study rock art in the East.

GOALS OF ESRARA WEB

The ESRARA Web site serves three major objectives. The first objective is to promote an attitude of respect for cultural resources. The second objective is to elevate public awareness and to help protect rock art in the eastern United States. Finally, the intent of the ESRARA Web is to connect those who share interests in education and scholarship.
