Translation

"online"	You do all of this work on your own time, whenever it works best for you. Some of the work requires that you access either the course web pages, the WebBoard, and/or use your email accounts.
"Due (midnight)"	This means that all of the work is due by midnight of 6/2. This does not mean start working on this stuff at that time. You should be working on this stuff before midnight on 6/2.
"buy book"	Self explanatory
"read ea chapters 1 (3-19), 2 (22-35) & 3 (37-45); Intellectual Property (326-332), and Definition (109-134)"	Read those specific chapters from the book. I try to give page numbers to help (especially since I tend to truncate chapter titles). Be sure to have read these chapters before participating in either the face-to-face or online discussion.
"take syllabus etc. quiz"	Email the answers to the questions on the following web page: http://www.public.asu.edu/~rrodrigo/courses/s01eng102/syllabusquiz.html
