We (Myself, Steve Odewahn, Haojing Yan and Rogier Windhorst) visited the new 6.5 meter  MMT on Feb 16-19 2001 to do medium band imaging of the Hubble Deep Field with Minicam .

Here are the 12 inch filter holders with our 5.75 inch medium band filters inserted. The other holes are for the guider and contain cardboard or clear glass.  You can see the barcodes that the instrument reads so that it knows what filter it is using. jpg

This picture shows the color of the mirror which is kind of brown. Apparently something went wrong during aluminization, but this will be fixed after the observing season.  jpg
