Some Links (More coming soon!)
Websites for people (or labs) whose research relates to mine:
Tamiko Azuma: Aging, Memory, and Language Lab David Pisoni: Speech Research Lab Paul Luce: Language and Perception Lab Haskins Laboratories at Yale University Larry Jacoby: Aging, Memory, and Cognitive Control Lab Stephen Grossberg: CNS at Boston University Arthur Samuel: S.U.N.Y. at Stonybrook Randy Engle: Attention and Working Memory Lab David Balota: Cognitive Psychology Lab
Some other interesting sites: Center for Psychology Resources: A site full of links of interest to students of psychology. The Whole Brain Atlas: Images of normal and changed brains, with terrific explanations. Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal: Also known as CSICOP, this organization fights back against all kinds of stupidity, using science and reasoning. Many topics are of interest to psychologists, but their publication (Skeptical Inquirer) is a great tool for teaching critical thinking skills.
Project Steve! Created by the National Center for Science Education, Project Steve was created as a parody of the media-war launched by proponents of "intelligent design." We have T-shirts and everything. Because of Project Steve, I have a paper co-authored with Steven Hawking!
