Siddhartha Jonnalagadda
PhD student in Biomedical Informatics at the Arizona State University.
Research:
My research is primarily in the area of BioNLP or Biomedical Text Mining. I develop methods to extract biomedical entities and associated information from free text. I'm working with Dr. Graciela Gonzalez in DIEGO lab. My other research interests include Natural Language Processing, Computational Lingusitics, and Distributional Semantics.
I have completed my undergraduate studies in Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT Kharagpur. I worked with Microsoft Research for my B.Tech thesis.
