Media Chair, The International Alliance for the Prevention of Aids (Novemeber 2009 - current)
- Spearheading public relations and marketing afforts to increase awareness of IAPA and its work in both Arizona and India
- Conceptualizing social media applications for the non-profit to widen visibility as well as program outreach
- Marketing and publicizing its annual fundraising dinner and auction
- Working with the event coordinator, student volunteer coordinator, as well as a field team in India that is actively involved in HIV education and caring for orphans afflicted by the disease

Account Executive, V3 Communications (August 2009 - current)
- Headed PR planning, publicity and promotion, media relations and event management for clients like the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Zooloo, Rock Boot Camp and the Morrison Institute of Public Policy.
- V3 Communications is a student-run communications agency within the PR Lab of the Cronkite School. The agency's strength is its knowledge and application of new media like web 2.0 tools and social media and integrating traditional media with social media to maximise visibility for clients.

Student Member, Gannett New Media Innovation Lab (August 2009 - current)
- Worked on the high-visibility MomSwap project by AZCentral. Responsibilities included developing the content and design aspects of the website, and web promotion planning and implementation.
- The New Media Innovation Lab works with local and national news and media organizations to increase web traffic to their sites and develop user-friendly features that enhance user experiences. Work in the Lab will be a collaborative effort between students of communications, engineering and business to provide wholesome marketing and web business plans for clients.

- Designing and promoting parts of the new online portal to Intel’s embedded offerings – Embedded Design Center http://edc.intel.com (a Marketing and Business Operations Division initiative)

- Dhwani 2005, 2006 (annual Indian Music & Dance magazine) – a magazine distributed solely to the invited artistes and sponsors of the music and dance club on campus.

- A college event management and public relations association that handled inter-collegiate cultural and technical contests and events, communicating with colleges and students.
