Martin Luther King, Jr. Site | Sample of Criteria for Evaluation and Ranking
Martin Luther King, Jr. Site

This is what martinlutherking.org* looked like on February 22, 2001.  By April 2001, the site's appearance has been drastically altered to mirror the King Center site almost exactly (see the Martin Luther King, Jr. sites on the Web Site Evaluation Assignment page).  After noticing the disturing change, I contacted the webmaster (with much apprehension) to ask about the motive behind his copycat web site tactic.  Below, you'll find our brief e-mail interchange.

The King Center site (http://www.thekingcenter.com) has now changed its format and look once again. The .org site remains similar to the former King Center site design.
