Welcome!

My name is Whitney Hansen, and I am currently a graduate student studying cognitive psychology at Arizona State University. Thus far, my research has focused on individual differences in working memory capacity, cognitive control, and the interaction of the two. I am also interested in long-term memory, directed forgetting, and age-related cognitive decline. As a member of the Memory and Language Lab, I am involved in a variety of research projects that span an assortment of topics, including visual search, psycholinguistics, and even magic!
