Developed new flexible working arrangements for Cryovac Sealed Air Inc. UK resulting in cost efficiency, increased productivity and improved worker's morale (March 1999). 8. Analyzed the production operations and inventory profiles of Anstey Wallpaper Company, Leicester, UK and formulated a new manufacturing and logistic strategy for the company (April, 1998) 9.
