Full Conference registration allows attendance to any of the three ESWEEK conferences, and includes lunch on conference days.
Included in the Full Conference registration are also one conference proceedings DVD containing the papers from all three ESWEEK conferences, the Welcome Reception on Sunday, October 24 and one ticket for the **banquet dinner on Tuesday, October 26, 2010.
**Banquet Dinner is NOT included with the Student Full Conference registration, it may be added for an additional fee.
Tutorials Sunday, October 24
A morning and afternoon Tutorial may be added to your full conference registration for an additional fee of $25.
Or you may register for the Tutorials Only option for a fee, and attend up to two of the tutorials, one in each time period. Note that Tutorials do NOT include lunch.
Workshops Sunday, October 24; Thursday, October 28 & Friday, October 29
Workshops can be added to your conference registration for an additional fee. Or you may register for a workshop only at the workshop fee.
Workshop participants must register for each workshop they would like to attend; fees vary by workshop.
Welcome Reception and Banquet Dinner
There will be a Welcome Reception on Sunday, October 24 from 6:00 - 8:00pm.
The Banquet dinner on Tuesday, October 26 is included with the full conference registration fee** is being held from 7:00 - 10:00pm. If you would like to bring a guest with you a
guest banquet ticket may be added to your registration.
**Banquet Dinner is NOT included with the Student Full Conference registration, it may be added for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy: Written requests for cancellations must be received in the MP Associates office prior to September 30, 2010.
Requests for refunds received after the September 30, 2010, postmark date will NOT be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.
