On the day (and time) of the final (Tue May 9th, 4:40-6:30 PM) each student
will give a 10 minute presentation on their project and hand me
a hard copy of the
final comprehensive report. I will be out of town the week of May 1-6;
but will be checking my email. If you have some
questions on your project, please first
consult your mentor (from the BioAI lab) and then send me

Presentation on PSB'07: Juraj, Chance and Bismay will present
on 25th. Anurag, Juan and Max will present on 27th. Tony, Bob and Kalpesh will
present on the 2nd of May.
The next project report is due April 27th. (The earlier deadline
was April 20th.)

1/24/06: A motivating set of slides
that illustrates the importance of signal tranduction,
protein-protein interactions, inhibitors, activators, etc.
1/24/06: In the last class i was showing some of the signal
transduction slides from
this collection.
1/24/06: In the Roche genetics CD, the part that you should go over
are: Introduction to Genetics (Genes, Identifying genes and their functions).
You may also go over the Pharmacogenetics part. Besides that,
if you have time then going over the rest of the CD is not a bad idea.
