This
installation utilized a networked video camera situated in the
midst of a sea of floating silhouettes of aircraft parts. A viewer
taking control of the camera--either on site in the Museum, or
from any web browser--could frame various views of familiar air
disasters that "assemble" via video. The panorama below
assembles a 360 degree view of the installation from the point
of view of the camera. In the image of the monitor below, one
of the six exploded images appears from the point of view of the
camera.
