In Fall 2022, lectures, recitations, and
labs for PHY101 71366 and 71365 will, whenever possible,
offer an option to attend remotely via Zoom.
NOTE: You should only attend via Zoom
if you are sick, or have recently been exposed to someone
who is Covid-positive; otherwise, always attend in person.
Thanks, GBA.
For completing our labs, use of LoggerPro will be
required; installation of the LoggerPro program
requires either a Windows or a Mac operating system.
If you do not presently have access to one of these
two operating systems, then you will need to plan
to attend all of our LoggerPro labs in person in
PSH365, and use the desktop computers available
there.
At least the first test may be taken remotely; details
are in the Test Policies. If you choose to take Test 1
remotely, then you must join the Zoom meeting for the
Test with your Zoom camera on. The WebAssign Lockdown
browser will not be required for remote midterm tests.
We expect that the Final Exam will require in-person
attendance, but if circumstances demand otherwise, the
Lockdown Browser will be required for a remote Final
Exam. Installation of the WebAssign Lockdown Browser
requires either a Windows or a Mac operating system
(Note: Virtual Machines will
not work).
For lectures, all Zoom meetings will be coincident
with the in-person class in PSF101 and will be held
from 10:30-11:45 TTH or from 12:00-1:15 TTH
in Dr. Adams' Zoom meeting room at
https://asu.zoom.us/j/8349628496.
