  • Complete the online form as instructed:

  • Email Address
  • License Purchase Date (this will be located on your receipt)

  • Course Name

3. Mail in a copy of your Receipt (Bookstore or Online Purchase) and your Original Turning Account License Code Card (Bookstore Purchase Only):
   • Make a clean copy of your receipt (bookstore or online)
   • NOTE: If you purchased a Turning Account License Card at the bookstore, you will need your original card.
