This is a Willys Wagon called an Estanciera (which with my limited understanding of Spanish I translate roughly as an Estate wagon).

From Julian De Arteaga in Argentina:

...Its true that in Argentina around 1960 a Willys factory was opened. In fact the factory was called I.K.A - Industrias Kaiser Argentina - and they made some vehicles, including the 1-ton-truck and the wagon. The 1-ton-truck was called baqueano and the wagon estanciera....
