The deadline for submissions is November 1, 2000. Please include annotations with your final version but do not significantly extend them. The eighth annual conference of the North American Society for the Study of Romanticism was held September 14 - 17, 2000 at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel in downtown Tempe, AZ. The first NASSR (North American Society for the Study of Romanticism) conference in the American Southwest, Romanticism and the Physical invited interdisciplinary explorations of Romanticism's relationship to all aspects of physicality.
