Master bedroom fitted with
4ft double (pull out to 4’ 9”), with large wardrobes at the end of the
beds. Houdini hatch fitted above
passageway and one houdini
in rear bedroom. Combination
of drawers and locker under bed. Supplied with a
sliding door between the Main bedroom and the Galley.
7ft center
passage galley fitted with washer drier (model?), fridge (Shoreline RL150W) and freezer (Shoreline RU110W). Solid wood worktops and stainless steel
sink. Stoves gas cooker (600GDOA?)
and microwave. Side door and steps.
Saloon to be open plan
with unit for TV and reflex stove fitted in feature surround, with dinette at
forward of saloon with large and small table complete with table storage.
Heating
via rads to all cabins running off the Webasto 5kw heater.
Large rad outside shower
room to be run off the reflex stove on a thermosyphon.
Electrics 230v sockets to
be fitted to all cabins (6 duplex sockets) 12v lighting via halogen down
lighters switched at gunwhale height. 12 volt outlets in all
cabins. Aerial sockets fitted to rear cabin bedroom and saloon. External aerial point provided.
Cratch to be fitted with plank
and cover. This also includes to table
feature.
Tanks 50
gallon main fuel tank, 40 gallon heating fuel tank, 80 gallon black tank.
Plumbing 12 gallon twin
coil calorifier fitted with immersion heater. 170 gallon stainless steel water tank fitted
with level gauge. Twin water pumps.
Steel work for bow thruster
Painting
to be done with 2 main colours. Non slip
surfaces to all walking areas. Coach line complete. (Colour
scheme is to be Ivory with dark green coach line, deck and gunwhales)
Interior to be fitted in
ash faced ply. All
hardwood to be ash. With a white ceiling.
Floors to be carpets
Windows to be polished
chrome finish with extensive use of stainless steel and chrome on all fittings.
Cabin steps provided at fore & aft to ease access to the
roof = chrome-
Internet Penetration for broadband and/or phone antenna over
the rear cabin
Wind generator supports & clothes line fitted to the fore
and aft cabin bulkheads
To be delivered onto the
water and commissioned by Piper Boats Ltd.
