The Five Ancestors

Author of The Five Ancestors series, Jeff Stone is a practicing martial artist who resides in the Midwest his wife and two children; a daughter and son.  Although he is not Chinese his wife is Cantonese and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, and English fluently.  Similar to the five ancestors characters in his series, Mr. Stone was also adopted from in his infancy.  At eighteen years old he too began the search for his birth parents.  Fifteen years later Mr. Stone found his birthmother and later his birth father as well.  With a varied career background, Jeff Stone worked as a photographer, an editor, a maintenance man, a technical writer, a ballroom dance instructor, a concert promoter, and a marketing director for companies that design schools, libraries, and skateboard parks.  The first in The Five Ancestors series, Tiger, was Mr. Stone’s first novel.
