Culture and Migration has opened my eyes to a new way of thinking.  I used to be one of toughs people that thought that Immigrants crossing the border was bad.  Through out the course of the semester I realized that almost everybody that lives outside the United States has an American dream.  People that have lived here there entire lives that have never traveled outside this country, don't know what it is like to live somewhere else.  That most people come here to be financially stable, and they work hard for the things they have.  This isn't always the case but 90% of the time it is true.

It was interesting to see that other countries feel the same way about immigrants coming to there country.

I really enjoyed the field trip to Nogales, Mexico.  This experience has open my mind and not be so judgmental on people that are different than I am.
