Dear Readers,

Thank you for your time and interest in migrants in Phoenix, and migrants in general. There are many stories where you can learn valuable information about the other people around you, to better understand each other, so we can all live together and be comfortable.

In this Migration and Culture class, we have learned more about what migrants, legal or illegal, have to go through to migrate to another country. Not all migrants want to come to the U.S. not all migrants have the same reasons for moving. From weather, to economy, to refugees, people are moving all the time and for many different reasons. We have to be concerned for their safety in their travels, for them to be treated fairly. We have also learned to research where we get our information, to see if the sources are pro im/migration or against, such as Protect Phoenix Now.

Having valuable knowledge about Federal Trade, and the damage it does to the economies of other countries, and better understanding how import and export can cause big enough problems to make people have to migrate, all of this will help us understand each other, and be informed. The more information we have about all of this, the more informed decisions we can make.
