I don't fly a fighter plane or do well with heavy weaponry but I can be of
service elsewhere like in surgery or part of a rebuilding team. Like my father,
I carry a souvenir coin representing a tour of duty on me at all times. If
either one of us does not possess it when in a gathering the losing party buys a
round of drinks. It could get pretty expensive if you are forgetful. This object
is valuable to me because it serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made
both past and present to keep the country secure. |
