Freeze Frame is a moment when you stop and observe your surroundings. At the time of the Freeze Frame, I was walking around South Plaza. At that moment, I was facing a homeless man who was pushing a grocery cart.
Habitat for Humanity, Valley of the Sun founded in 1987, builds affordable housing and community partnership to promote spiritual values and individual responsibility.
