 Hi, my name is Rebecca, I have three sons "D" 15, Izzy 13 and
Gabe 11, and we work together as a family in our home and in the
communities of Arizona. I was born in Az, raised in West Phoenix, I
have family all over Az. My grandparents were farmers, one location was
Medina farms on 16th and Roeser. I spent much of my
childhood and young adulthood in South Phoenix. I am an Active Advocate
for Family Reform; I work with all who are in need. My grandmother,
Teri Cruz has been a grassroots organizer for CPLC since the 60's,
she's still actively involved. I have my Associates degree in Sociology
and currently I am working on my BA in Social & Behavioral
Sciences-social sciences track. I hope to one day lead an organization,
to aid incarcerated families to reform to a positive and healthy
lifestyle, and to promote self-sufficiency to break the cycle of
incarcerated youth.
