Hotels
The University Guest House
has been selected as the conference hotel. It is located on the historic
grounds of Fort Douglas, which is on the campus of the University of Utah.
Room rates are $69 for single and/or double occupancy. Continental breakfast
is included. The block of rooms is being held under Western States Composition
Conference from Thursday, October 12 through Sunday, October 14. A fee
of $3 per day is charged for a parking permit, which can be purchased at
the Guest House. There is also a university bus that stops in front of
the Guest House that can take you to the building where the conference
will be held. Individuals are responsible for making their own reservations.

27, 2000. If you have any problems making the reservation ask to speak
to Karen Berner.

University Parking
The Languages and Communication
Building (LNCO), where the conference will take place, has parking right
next door. Parking is $1 an hour, with a maximum of $5 per day. Parking
is free on Saturdays. |
