0) Calculate the following:

x^2 + 5 x + 3, where x = 10 and 42.

Integrate the function Sin[x] over the range 0 to Pi.

Determine the square root and the cube root of 100000001.

1) Write a function that determines the magnitude of rock uplift given
surface uplift and exhumation.

Turn in your Mathematica Notebooks to the Calient Public folder by the
Beginning of class on Wednesday, December 3, and drop glg490@asu.edu a
note that you have done so.
