Interactive Management Design System

Interactive Management (IM) is a system specifically developed to assist groups and organizations in dealing with complex issues. IM is capable of helping groups design responses to situations that demand integration of contributions from individuals with diverse views, backgrounds, and perspectives. Professor Broome has designed and facilitated numerous IM workshops with groups and organizations around the world, and he has play an instrumental role in advancing the theory of practice associated with IM.
