Here are some exercises in English grammar. The exercises all work the same way. You asked asked to answer questions online. After you have completed all of the questions your work is checked and you are given a "grade". For CHM 498, you will need to perform the assigned exercise, and at the end, take a "screen" shot" that shows that you have completed the exercise and also shows your "grade".
Windows XP Screen Capture:
1. Hit 'PrtSc' key (saves screen image to clipboard)
2. Open 'Paint' (Start>Programs>accesories>Paint) or other graphics program, hit 'paste' and then save file as 'exerciseX' somewhere you will be able to find it
Mac OS Screen Capture:
1. Simultaneously depress the 'command' (apple), 'shift' and '3' keys (saves screen image to your desktop with filename 'Picture x.png)
2. Rename the 'Picture x.png' file to 'exerciseX.png' and save it somewhere you will be able to find it
(pressing 'ctlr' (apple) & 'space' & '4' allows you to save only that part of the screen that you select)
