"Chairs too close. Slides visibility poor." "Nice setting, great directions." "Meeting room inadequate. Please give serious thought to either Granite Reef Senior Center or Scottsdale Civic Center Library! Rates may have changed! Audio, graphics nil." "Superb presentation by Christine Benz. Provide the portable microphone to the folks asking questions so they can be heard. " "Meeting room too small for size of group." "Directions to location to avoid construction, today construction closed Scottsdale Road." "Top notch chapter meeting." "Superb information by a delightful Presenter." "Presentation was very good!! Questions during the presentation – many OK, but several derailed the topic." "Very professional presentation. Lots of useful information." "Loved the specific recommendations and focus on the individual investor. Should have brought along copies of her book to autograph/sell. Very pleased." "Room too small." "The speaker could not easily address the whole audience with the logistic of the room." "I think the crowd should be pre-coached /warned to limit comments during the presentation only if clarification is desired and hold general questions to end."

"This was much more interesting than I expected. The speaker was very helpful on this topic. I couldn't believe how the time went so fast"  "Very good job on the presentations. Thank you!"

"Nice exposure to a segment of investments."  "Very good!"  "Speaker: intelligent, intellectually honest, but I probably only understood 50% of the statistics."  "Watch the time more carefully. If agenda says talk ends at 11:20, end it at 11:20. Can SIGs start later? I want to get a lunch between the talk and the SIGs."   "Sitting for 2 hrs. straight is hard on these old bones. It was refreshing & stimulating to hear an investment strategy described in terms of the math not just 'trust us.' I liked this about the best of any so far."  "Subject, turns out to be of no interest to me."

"Room Cold."  "Laying out (food) was slowww, slowww, slowwww."  "I’m a Fidelity customer and I wanted to see what they said."  "A little long in the presentation but overall good."  "Speaker not so hot by AAII-Phoenix standards. Hope the Blackhawks win in Glendale tonight to make the trip worthwhile." (Editor's note: final score Blackhawks 2 – Coyotes 3) .

"Return fruit to table of refreshments."  "
Keep up the good work."  "AAII PHX 'Rocks' continuous excellence."

Dec 11, 2010

"Lunch unclear – first time visitor."    "Grumpy participants in the audience."    "Speaker focus on costs but not on benefits of health reform. Focused on tax increases that are not going to happen."    "Presented new medical program from too political perspective. Just the facts man!   "Thanks,  good service to members."    "Lively meeting."    "Alan Zee did an excellent job w/the Q&A when he restated the question being asked. Allen had the microphone and used it extremely effectively. The topic and the way it was covered was outstanding."    "My wife and I drove from Sierra Vista, a round trip of >400 miles. We left before 6:00 AM and must be back home before supper to babysit our grandson. I really appreciate AAII and its annual program. We lost the Tucson Chapter. I’ve been a life member of AAII for 20 years, and see at the back of the AAII Journal that there are only 10-20 AAII seminars/month in the nation, and I really appreciate AAII Phoenix and its great work. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you."
