About Courtney

Born and raised here in Atlanta, Georgia, Courtney’s love for baking started at the age of 8 when she received her very first easy bake oven. Learning the basics watching her mother and grandmother she quickly developed her own flare for baking and went on to win a scholarship to the Culinary Institute of Savannah. After graduating Courtney went to work for several well-known bakeries before started her blog and opening Courtney’s Cakes in downtown Atlanta.
