- A theatre group of actors and administrators from the National Theatre and the Puck Puppet Theatre of Cluj-Napoca, Romania led by director Mona Chirila (2001; 2005; 2007; 2008)

- Historian Dinu Giurescu, currently the director of the Peasant Museum in Bucharest (2005)
- Prominent dissident writer Augustin Buzura who was until recently the President of the Cultural Foundation and the Romanian Institute of Culture in Bucharest (2000; 2002)
