AFOSR-ASU Workshop for Disseminate Fundamental Research from Air Force to STEM Education and the Educatin for Native Americans

Welcome to the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR)-ASU Workshop. We are pleased to announce this 2-day event jointly hosted by Arizona State University and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research and sponsored by the AFOSR. It will be held at the Bank of America Brickyard Building near ASU on Novermber 9-10.

We are thrilled to come together in person and exchange insights on research advancements and opportunities within the collaborative AFOSR-ASU project, bringing together cybersecurity experts from industry, academia, national laboratories, and government agencies. The event will feature invited presentations from both AFOSR and ASU, highlighting cutting-edge research frontiers in the field of cybersecurity. These presentations will delve into various aspects, including deep learning for optimal DDDAS monitoring, trusted AI-enabled cyberphysical system, and the potential impact of research outcomes, such as cyberattack monitoring and mitigation, as well as collaborative endeavors with industry partners for commercialization. In addition to these invited presentations, participants will engage in discussions and meetings with the ASU STEM Program and ASU Native American Community. These conversations will shed light on ASU's direction, demographic diversity, STEM acceleration initiatives, engineering solutions, and its role as a Minority-Serving Institution (MSI) in supporting the local community.
